Melbourne Christmas Day Hailstorm 2011
Christmas Day 2011 unfortunately spawned at least two violent hailstorms that tracked across the northern and western suburbs during the afternoon. Known as supercell thunderstorms, these storms spawned giant hailstones to the size of tennis balls that literally damaged thousands of vehicles across affected suburbs.

The Dent Shed has once again set up premises in the affected area of Airport West. Most people are unaware that they have hailstone damage on their vehicle. Hailstones of the size larger than golf balls generally will show at least a few dents.
